Q: What topics and subjects will be covered?

A: The course is meant to cover the key point of an F&B startup from current market research (e.g. market position, product pricing, location setting etc). It also covers menu planning to target the right audiences based on your outlet location, cuisine design and cooking equipment training. The course also includes a personalized customization based on your business needs.

Q: What are the prerequisites for enrolment?

A: We welcome everyone from all background to register for the course where you will learn the techniques to starting an F&B outlet; hence you are not required to have any prior experience/knowledge.

Q: Who are the instructors or experts leading the course?

A:The principal instructor will be the key brand founder, Mr Sean Lui and his team of colleagues from the operations, marketing, and business development departments. They form as a team of mentors and advisors who will accompany and guide you throughout the 3 days course.

Q: What is the cost associated with enrolling in the entrepreneur course?

A:The fee is $1,500 before GST; and we offer instalment plan via ATOME.

Q: Will the course cover marketing strategies specific to vegetarian restaurants?

A: Yes, it is part of the course content but due to the limited timeline of the course, we can only cover the basic information.

Q: How will the cooking aspect of the course be structured, and what culinary skills will be taught?

A: The course is not a cooking class thus participants are not required to cook throughout the duration. Our team will introduce students to the function of the central kitchen, equipment usage, and also menu planning for every student accordingly to your business needs.

Q: Are there any certifications or credentials provided upon course completion?

A: Kazuya Pte Ltd (Zuya Vegetarian) will issue you a certificate upon course completion.

Q: Is the course available online or only in-person at specific locations?

A: This is an in-person training which include practical, and theory conducted at our central kitchen and learning center.

Q: What is the refund policy if I need to cancel my registration?

A: No refund will be available upon course confirmation however we can always shift the planning schedules for students if necessary.

Q: Can I transfer my enrolment to another person if I cannot attend?
-
A: If you are unable to attend due to extenuating reason, you may transfer the enrolment to another candidate. However, please note you are responsible to find the replacement candidate. Kindly note this special arrangement is subject to the management approval.

Q: What is the course schedule and location?

A: 3 days course in our Bedok central kitchen cum learning Center from 10am to 5pm.

Q: Is there any ongoing support or mentorship after the course?

A: Rest assured our Kazuya team will constantly reach out to students to support them. Our wish is for every student to own their successful F&B vegetarian venture and we will walk the journey with you.
